at a court held 19.10.1680 Jn Pease was admitted to him and his heirs to all that customary cottage or tenement containing one room and a certain yard extending from east part of cottage to a certain post then late erected and to certain small trees there growing now making a fence and with ways easements and commodities to it appertaining then in occupation of widow Peake now at a court last held it appeared to homage that said Jn Pease then late died seised and that Walt Pease is his eldest son and heir who present here in court humbly petitions etc admitted to the said premises with appurtenances made fealty
