after the admission of the said Wm and Eliz Ellis who present here in court surrendered into hand of the lord by deputy steward said premises with appurtenances to use of Wm Paretree butcher of Earls Colne his heirs and assigns forever Wm Paretree present here in court humbly petitions etc to be admitted to the premises etc he made his fealty
