Geo Toller gentleman was admitted to one messuage or cottage with appurtenances called Humfryes and also to one messuage or tenement called Baylyes late two cottages and after it appears etc that said Geo Toller after last court died seised after which comes to this court Thomasina Toller one of the daughters of Geo Toller and produced here in court last will of Geo Toller dated 9.8.1712 in following english words also I further give and bequeath unto the said Thomasin Toller and her heirs all those my several copyhold tenements lying in Earls Colne aforesaid now in the several tenures or occupations of Jn Sadd younger Jn Fell the elder Jn Hatch Grace King and Geo Peartree and also the tenement late in the occupation of Thos Sexton also I further give and bequeath unto the said Thomasin Toller and her heirs one tenement with an orchard thereunto belonging now in the tenure or occupation of Rich Simonds the elder and his assignees as by will plainly appears thereupon said Thomasin Toller present here in court humbly petitions etc admitted to said messuage or cottage and all and singular the premises with appurtenances etc according to said will fealty respited
