at this court appears to homage that Jn Cressener customary tenant of this manor 30.4.1715 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Sam Burton in place of the bailiff in presence of Jn Hatch senior and Wm Boosby two customary tenants etc all his customary messuages lands tenements which said Jn Cressener held of this manor to such uses to be declared in his last will in writing and that said Jn Cressener after last court died after which first proclamation of three was made that heirs of Jn Cressener or others with right to his customary lands and tenements of which Jn died seised should come into court and lay claim etc nobody comes etc
