at a court here held 16.5.1713 Jn Cressener was admitted to him and heirs to part of a tenement called Cocks lying in Holtstreet with yard and garden pertaining then in occupation of Wm Bateman and others and at last court held for manor 30.4.last appeared to homage that said Jn Cressener after last court died seised after first proclamation was made etc now to this court comes Edw Cressener gentleman younger brother and heir of Jn Cressener deceased and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises giving lord fine etc
