at a court held 1.4.1706 Jn Fletcher was admitted to him and heirs to one tenement called Mordens alias Crossend then or late in occupation of Wm Tiffin and (in occupation of) Isaac Potter and at a court held 28.4.1713 it appeared to the homage that Jn Fletcher after last court had died seised and that Jos Fletcher was his eldest son and heir but was not admitted to premises and at last court here held 30.4.1717 last it appeared to homage that said Jos Fletcher after the last court had died and that Benj Fletcher is his elder brother and heir now to this court comes said Benj Fletcher with Jn Leppingwell his uncle in role of attorney or deputy and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises fealty respited
