at this court it appears to homage that Thos Bullock a customary tenant of this manor 11.8.1719 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Isaac Potter in place of the bailiff and in presence of Wm Paretree (may be Wm Paretree) and Jn White two customary tenants etc all that his customary messuage or tenement with yards gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging to use of his last will
