at this court it appears to homage that Edw Cressener gentleman a customary tenant of this manor out of court to wit 20.2.last surrendered into hand of lord by the rod by hand of Solomon Grimston deputy steward etc all and singular his customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor whatever to such uses as will be declared in his last will of said Edw in writing
