at a court held 11.4.1721 it appeared to that homage that Rich Potter a customary tenant of that manor since the last court died seised of certain lands and tenements of this manor held by copy of court roll and that Rich Potter is his eldest son and heir who does not come etc therefore first proclamation was made etc now to this court comes said Rich and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises to wit one parcel land called Dovehouse Field and to another parcel land called Pond Croft containing 14a more or less with appurtenances etc
