at this court appears to homage that Mary Emerson widow a customary tenant of the manor 7.10.1721 surrendered into hand of lord by hand of Geo Brooke gentleman in place of the bailiff in presence of Jn Pratt and Jn Bullock two customary tenants etc all customary lands tenements and hereditaments whatever held of the manor by copy of court roll to such uses intentions and purposes to be declared limited or apportioned in last will of said Mary in writing
