at this court appears to homage that Robt Harris a customary tenant of this manor died since last court seised of certain tenements held of this manor by copy of court roll and that Robt Harris is his younger son and heir after which comes here into court and petitions admitted to premises to wit to one messuage or tenement with appurtenances called Mordens and to half a parcel of land called Toll House Green used as a yard for the said tenement and to one other tenement with appurtenances called Wallers lying near Toll House Green etc
