also to this court appears to homage that Jn Baker a customary tenant of the manor out of court to wit 14.1.last surrendered into hand of lord by hand of Geo Brooke gentleman in place of the bailiff in presence of Hen Adams junior and Jn White two customary tenants of manor etc all that customary messuage or tenement called Littmans with yards gardens and appurtenances situate in Earls Colne then in tenure of Jn Baker or assigns to use of Wm Benson of Earls Colne carpenter his heirs and assigns forever who comes into court said Wm Benson and petitions etc admitted to premises etc and made fealty for premises
