and also it appears to homage that 14.11.1730 Ann Raven a customary tenant of manor surrendered into hand of lord by rod by hand of Isaac Potter in place of the bailiff in presence of Jn May and Edw Fell two customary tenants of the manor etc all her customary messuages lands and tenements whatever to use of last will of said Ann in writing
