to this court comes Jn Pratt and Wm Clark and Eliz his wife and Judith Pratt which said Eliz and Judith are daughters of Jn Pratt and Judith his wife deceased and in open court surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of steward said Eliz Clark first solely and secretly examined by steward and consenting as law is all those customary lands called Chewney Lands with appurtenances containing 9a more or less and also lands tenements called Parkfields and Chewney with appurtenances containing 12a more or less under this manor to use of Solomon Grimston gentleman his heirs and assigns which Solomon lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by rod to have and hold etc with the intention to make recovery of the premises
