and afterwards came Chas Wale complained against Solomon in plea of land and made protestation in form of writ of disseisin and le post at common law etc Solomon present freely appeared etc Chas petitioned against Solomon for unjust disseisin from Hugh Hunt etc Solomon came and defended himself etc called to warrant Wm Clark and Eliz his wife and Judith Pratt who freely appeared Chas petitioned against Wm Eliz and Judith etc Wm Eliz and Judith appeared and brought Thos Algate to warrant who present here Chas petitioned against the said Thos the said Thos defended his right etc and said that Hugh Hunt had disseisin etc Chas prays leave to imparl at three hours after noon of present day etc Chas comes again but said Thos although solemnly demanded does not come etc in contempt of court and made default it is considered that said Chas recover seisin Solomon have of the lands and tenements of Wm and Eliz and Judith to the value etc Wm Eliz and Judith lastly have of the lands etc of Thos to the value etc Thos in mercy etc Chas prays precept etc Isaac Potter as baillie returned precept etc by virtue etc caused said Chas to have full seisin etc Chas petitions etc admitted tenant to said premises with appurtenances according to form and effect of said recovery etc paying rents and services etc
