and afterwards said Solomon Wm Eliz and Judith surrendered gave up and handed over into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward all their rights titles estate interest and claim of and in both for them and heirs the said tenement with appurtenances to the said Chas being in full and peaceful possession in manner and form aforesaid and also released themselves all and all manner of error or errors misprisions and defects etc in said complaint and process of law and execution of the abovesaid
