and afterwards said Chas in full court surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of steward all and singular the lands and tenements thus in said form recovered to use of Jn Pratt for his life and after his death to use of Eliz Clark and Judith Pratt the heirs and assigns of them holding separately and not together which Jn Eliz and Judith lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by rod etc giving rents and services etc
