at this court comes Eliz Andrews spinster sister and next heir of Wm Andrews deceased a customary tenant of manor and before homage surrendered into hand of lord by hand and acceptance of steward all her copyhold cottage or tenement with appurtenances formerly parcel of Firmin Tylers to use of Jas Rayner and Eliz his wife and the heirs of the survivor of said Jas and Eliz said Jas and Eliz his wife being in court in proper persons lords by steward granted seisin by rod etc and they are admitted tenants etc
