at a general court held 18.4.1735 it was found by then homage that Sara wife of Wm Sewell formerly called Sara Marriage died before the said court seised of several messuages lands and tenements held of the manor by copy of court roll and that Wm Sewell an infant was her son and next heir and because none came etc therefore proclamation was made etc and at another court held 16.3.1736 proclamation was again made and because none then came etc the second default was recorded
