now at this court comes said Wm Sewell the infant by Wm Sewell his father as his attorney on that behalf etc admitted tenant to copyhold tenements whereof his mother died seised to wit to a messuage called Skinners and the Kingshead and also to a croft of land with the houses thereon built with a barn or orchard called Burtons Barn or Burtons Garden with free ingress egress and regress to and from the same by and through a croft of land called Bearcroft from the highway leading to Colchester through the gates there to the said barn or orchard and also to one tenement called Gentryes and also to three crofts land containing 12a more or less called Broomcrofts and also to one croft of land containing 11a together with a chaseway leading to said croft and also to a meadow parcel of Bearcroft containing 3a more or less with all their appurtenances etc and because Wm is but 11yr about Wm Sewell is admitted his guardian he rendering an account of rents and profits of premises when he shall be of full age
