and immediately after at said court Jn Pratt Wm Clark and Eliz his wife said Eliz being first solely and secretly examined by deputy steward and consenting as manner is did in full and open court surrender by rod into hand of lord and lady by hand of deputy steward according to custom of manor all the said lands called Chewny Lands and also the said lands Parkfields Chewnys with all their appurtenances and also all and every their and every of their customary lands and tenements whatsoever held of the manor and reversion and reversions remainder and remainders of all and every of their and every of their estate right title interest possession reversion equity and redemption property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as equity of them said Jn Pratt Wm Clark and Eliz his wife any of them of and in said premises or any of them to use of Jn Harvey of Colne Engain in Essex gardener his heirs and assigns forever who being present it court etc admitted tenant to premises etc did his fealty etc
