and afterwards said Jn Middleton in full court did surrender by rod into hand of lord by hand of steward said tenement and yard with appurtenances called Francis to use of Geo Livermore of Earls Colne grocer and his heirs lords by steward granted seisin by rod to have and to hold etc and was admitted tenant thereof
