also at this court it is found by homage that on 10.2.last Eliz Saddler of West Mersey in county of Essex spinster a customary tenant of manor surrendered by rod into hands of lords by hand of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward all and singular her customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments whatever held of manor by copy of court roll with all appurtenances to uses as shall be declared by her last will in writing
