also at this court it is found by the homage that Edw Fell a customary tenant of the manor surrendered into hands of lord by rod by hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward of manor etc one messuage now divided into two tenements with all and singular the buildings yards gardens orchards and appurtenances belonging situate lying in Earls Colne now in the several tenures and occupations of Wm Gladwin and Jn London or one of their assignee or assigns held of the manor by copy of court roll reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits of all and every the said premises and all his estate right title interest possession property claim and demand whatever as well in law as in equity of him Edw Fell in the said premises to use of Thos Hart of Earls Colne husbandman his heirs and assigns forever upon condition that if Edw Fell his heirs executors administrators or assigns or any of them shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid Thos Hart his executors administrators or assigns the full sum of 11li6s lawful money Great Britain 8.11.1744 without any deduction defalcation or abatement of or for any other taxes charges or payments the surrender to be void
