also at this court it is found by the homage that Robt Newman gentleman a customary tenant of manor died since last court seised of one close or parcel of land called Stoneleys and that Susan Newman spinster is his only sister and heir whereupon comes into court the said Susan Newman etc admitted tenant to said land and tenement with appurtenances etc by annual rent of 1s etc
