also at this court it is found by the homage that on 13.10.last Geo Angier a customary tenant of manor surrendered into hands of lord by rod into hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward etc all that messuage or tenement or dwelling house wherein Thos Angier lately inhabited and wherein Geo Toller gentleman formerly dwelt with all houses edifices buildings malting office and barns stables yards gardens and orchards belonging together with one croft of land or pasture ground thereunto belonging adjoining to the lands late in occupation of Jas Savill now said Geo Angier containing by estimation 1a more or less and one other field or croft land or pasture ground lying beyond the malting office containing by estimation 2a2r more or less with every of appurtenances as said premises were late in tenure of said Thos Angier his assignee or assigns and also all those three tenements now or formerly called or known by name of Swinstyes or by whatever other name the same are known or called now or lately in the several tenures or occupations of Eliz Stede Wm Bateman (may be Wm Bateman) and widow Cole and all and singular other the messuages lands tenements and hereditaments of him Geo Angier held of the manor and reversion and reversions remainder and remainders and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand of him Geo Angier of and in to the same and every part and parcel thereof to use of Robt Crane of Stoke next Mayland in county Suffolk blacksmith forever redeemable on the payment of 307li10s on 13.4.next
