and afterwards the said Rich Wale in full and open court did surrender by the rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of steward all those 2r of land more or less late parcel of the yard called Littmans adjoining to their free messuage and also all the croft of land parcel of Bearcroft and an orchard lying on the backside above the said mansion house and also all that other croft with the appurtenances called Bearcrofts or otherwise containing 4a more or less abutting on the back lane southward in Earls Colne to use of Eliz Robinson her heirs and assigns forever whereupon comes into court said Eliz Robinson and humbly to be admitted tenant to the said premises lords by steward granted seisin to premises with appurtenances by rod etc
