and afterwards the said Jn Jas and Eliz the said Eliz being first privately examined and consenting surrendered by the rod into hands of lord by hands of steward all their right title estate claim and demand whatever of in or to the said premises with appurtenances unto the said Rich in his own peaceful possession etc and also did release all and all manner of error and errors misprisions feofftails etc committed omitted suffered etc in the plaint etc therein
