now at this court comes Wm Page and humbly etc admitted tenant as eldest son and heir of Jn Page deceased to said messuage and curtilage adjoining called Greens Tenement and garden now divided into four tenements parcel of a tenement called Jaakes and also to said close of land with barn built thereon called Jaakes or Mulberry Croft with all appurtenances etc and because said Wm is an infant of the age of 7yr or thereabouts Thos Jennings of Hedingham Sible yeoman is admitted his guardian he rendering an account of the rents and profits of premises when he shall be of full age
