at this court it is found by homage that Martha Mead died since last court seised of a copyhold tenement or cottage formerly part or parcel of a tenement called Francis's which she held for life in pursuance of the last will of Wm Suckling deceased who devised the premises after the death of Martha unto Mary the eldest daughter of Martha for her life whereupon comes into court Mary etc admitted tenant to said messuage or tenement with appurtenances etc for her life etc annual rent 3d etc saving the lords their right
