afterwards in full and open court the said Jn Harrington surrendered by rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of steward all his customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor with all appurtenances to such persons or such use or uses estate or estates as shall be declared in his last will in writing
