also at this court it is found by homage that Dan Gibson a customary tenant of manor died since last court seised of a customary messuage or tenement with appurtenances called Morses or by whatever name called or known held by annual rent of 6d and before his death to wit 1.3.1743 he surrendered out of court into hands of lords all his copyhold lands and tenements held of the manor to use of his last will in writing and by his will dated 3.9.last he devised the premises as follows also I give and devise unto my loving wife Mary Gibson the house where we now dwell and all the ground belonging to it to her and her heirs forever whereupon comes into court said Mary Gibson etc admitted tenant to messuage or tenement with appurtenances Morses or by what name known etc according to tenor of the last will of Dan Gibson her husband deceased etc by annual rent 6d
