also at this court it is found by homage that Wm Sexton of Stysted in Essex husbandman on 17.7.last surrendered by rod into hands of lord and lady by hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman in place of the bailiff in presence of Geo Walls and Wm Peartree two customary tenants of manor the same witnessing etc all that messuage or tenement with yards and gardens belonging sometime belonging to Jn Alliston and formerly parcel of a tenement called Jouldene situate in Earls Colne now or late in occupation of Geo Clitter (may be Geo Clitter) his assign or assigns held by copy of court roll the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders to use of Thos London of Earls Colne husbandman his heirs and assigns and because none comes etc therefore proclamation made etc and first default is recorded
