at this court it is found and presented by homage that Ann Potter widow and relict of Isaac Potter lately deceased and widow and relict of Wm Boosby long since deceased and Wm Boosby eldest son and heir of Wm Boosby deceased two customary tenants of manor did out of court to wit 18.1.last surrender by rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of Rich Wale gentleman steward etc all their messuage or tenement now in three tenements in the several tenures of said Ann Potter Wm Boosby and Wm Dore with yards and gardens and appurtenances belonging with a certain way to carry and recarry from the said garden to a lane called Bearcroft Lane as the premises are situate in Earls Colne near the churchyard reversion and reversions remainder and remainders to the use of Rich Wale his heirs and assigns forever
