fine 6d likewise out of court Thos Lavenham surrendered into the hands of the bailiff for the lifetime of another tenant by reversion of two cottages with garden and curtilage adjoining with appurtenances called Brokhous to the use of Emma his wife after the decease of Jn Turnour the same said Jn in the said court returning to the same said Emma to hold for herself for her lifetime and after the decease of the aforesaid Emma the said two cottages with appurtenances should remain to Isab the daughter of Wm Lavenham to whom at this court the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Emma for her lifetime and after the decease of Emma herself to the aforesaid Isab her heirs and assigns from the lady at the will of the lady by the ancient services and customs according to the custom of the manor and she gave to the lady for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty
