fine 12d | to this court came Jn Langton and surrendered into the hands of the lady for himself and his heirs forever one cottage and curtilage as is lies with its appurtenances next to Peersmill Lane on the west part and the lady having thereof seisin regranted the said cottage with curtilage as it lies to the said Jn and Emma his wife the heirs and assigns of the said Jn to hold to the same said Jn and Emma and the heirs and assigns of the said Jn from the lady by the rod at the will of the lady according to the custom of the manor saving whatever rights and they gave to the lady for a fine as above and made fealty to the lady |
