Rich Mellere in a complaint against Thos Lethirmere and Jn Payn in a plea of taking and keeping chattels viz one pale on the pledge given by Thos Bonyle and Robt Mathew and it is presented to the bailiff that he should make a release from bail to the same said Rich of the aforesaid pale and place upon bail and keep pledged the aforesaid Thos Lethirmere and Jn Payn that they should be at the next court to be held there to reply to the aforesaid Rich in the plea of taking and keeping the aforesaid chattels for which pale the aforesaid Rich should be paid sufficient security for release from bail if it should be judged to be returned
