it is presented that Wm Arnewey bought one cottage sometime of Thos Prodeman and Wm Omond chaplain by virtue of which same certain purchase the same said Wm Arnewey by the agreement and consent of the aforesaid Wm Omond chaplain now occupies the premises and the surrender thereof was not made in court according etc therefore it is presented to the bailiff that he should warn the aforesaid parties that they should be essoined here at the next and to surrender the aforesaid cottage and profits upon pain of 40d and the lady should not be defrauded from her fine
