fine 6d to this court came Thos Bonyle Roger Mordon and Wm Atte Wode and surrendered into the hands of the lady one parcel of land from the bakehouse of the tenement of the aforesaid Thos Roger and Wm in which same said tenement Wm Breton now lives in length 70ft as against in breadth next to the aforesaid bakehouse 4ft for a space in length of 18ft and then for a space illegible text of another 18ft as against in breadth 3ft upon which same said parcel now newly Thos Hunte has built a new bakery with two rooms built onto the same said bakery with which same parcel and illegible text of the aforesaid bakery the aforesaid parcel of land is occupied for a space in length for the aforesaid 36ft and then viz up to the boundary of the aforesaid 70ft containing 2ft6i in width to the use of the aforesaid Thos Hunte and Robt Tayllor to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Thos Hunte and Robt Tayllor and the heirs of the said Thos from the lady at the will of the lady for payment of rent to the same said Thos Bonyle Roger and Wm of 1d per annum at the feast of michaelmas and for ancient services and customs according to the custom of the manor saving whatever rights etc and they gave to the lady for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty
