to this court came Jn Baronn who had a day to show his deeds and documents by what right he entered one garden three crofts of land with appurtenances lying in Earls Colne and he produced a certain document by which Wm Awinge and Agnes his wife of the aforesaid Colne Jn Tornor of Colne Engaine and Rich Cope of Earls Colne demised and released and by this document confirmed to the aforesaid Jn Baron Jn Jolyf of Coggeshall Jn Lyteman Jn Wryghte and Wm Atte Wode of the aforesaid Earls Colne all the aforesaid garden and one croft of land with appurtenances lying in the aforesaid Earls Colne next to lands called Michelyslond on one part and lands of Hugh Champneye called Esgrovys on the other etc to have to himself and his assigns and he made fealty
