| fine 8d | at this court the lord granted and ratified to Thos Hudbovyle all his right and estate in one cottage with garden adjoining sometime of Annyas Atte Broke and afterwards of Jn Langeton and Emma his wife and in one tenement with appurtenances called Okemannes late of Roger Mordon and Jn Wodeward which lately he had by a grant of the lady Matilda de Veer late countess of Oxford by a court roll to hold to the same said Thos his heirs and assigns forever from the lady by the will of the lady by ancient services and customs according to the custom of the manor saving the rights etc and he gave to the lord for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty |
