fine 3s4d at this court the lord granted confirmed and ratified to Thos Smyth and Robt Segge one tenement and fifteen acrewar of land once of Jn Atte Heye and one molland sometime of Rich Atte Heye called Peryslond with appurtenances which lately the aforesaid Thos held by a grant of the lady Matilda de Veer late countess of Oxford as written in a roll of a court for the monday next before the feast of the annunciation 22.3.18Rich2 and also one purpresture lying next to a messuage sometime of Thos Gubbe and a horsepit containing in length 5rod and in breadth to the upper head 1rod and a half and to the other lower head 3rod as shown in a roll of court with view held on tuesday in pentecost week 3.6.28Edw3 to whom the lord not at this court granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Thos and Robt the heirs and assigns of the said Thos from the lord at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs according to the custom of this manor saving the rights etc and gave to the lord for a fine to have the new confirmation as shown in the margin etc and made fealty to the lord
