fine 8d at this court the lord granted confirmed and ratified to Robt Segge Thos Bonyll and Jn Bon Jon 3a of enclosed land in Earls Colne adjoining Heyneslond late of Firmin Schropham which lately they held by a grant from the lady Matilda de Veer late countess of Oxford as shown in a roll for a court held saturday after the feast of the purification of the blessed mary 7.2.9Rich2 and one croft called Redyng containing 2a of land on which rent is paid as written in a roll for a court held on tuesday in pentecost week 8.6.12Rich2 and one croft of enclosed bond land with appurtenances sometime of Hen Hyne and afterwards of Jn Hyne son of the said Hen as written in a roll of a court with view held tuesday in pentecost week 28.5.21Rich2 and 3r of park sometime of Jn Draper whereof one head abutts upon the banks of the river and the other head upon a head abutting upon lands of Jn Atte Noke and lying in length along a meadow of Jn Hyne as written in a roll of a court with view held tuesday in pentecost week 16.5.3Hen4 and also one cottage viz one purpresture late of Rich Lethiard and afterwards of a certain Jn Langton and Emmota his wife as written in a roll for a court with view held tuesday in pentecost week 24.5.13Hen4 and to whom the lord not present at this court by his steward granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Robt Thos and Jn the heirs and assigns of the said Robt from the lord at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs etc saving the rights etc and they gave to the lord for a fine for the new confirmation as shown in the margin etc and made fealty to the lord
