and at this court the said Jn and Rose have found pledges viz Wm Attewood and Thos Kelette the lady's tenants to repair maintain and keep up the said tenement well and competently at their own costs on pain to either of them 20s or the pain of letting the same fall into the lady's hands at the choice of the lady or her deputies
