law | Thos Bonyle in a complaint against Jn Atte Park in a plea of debt presents as pledges Jn Mot and Jn Tenant and thereof complains and says that he should have given him a certain 19d as rent arising from his lands and tenements being in arrears from a time in which Thos himself stood in the office of the collector of the lady's rents and for which in his accounts he was at that time levied and which at this time he unjustly detains to damages of 6d and whereof he presents his suit etc and the aforesaid Jn present in court defends and to be injured etc and he says that he should have given him nothing as above alleged and he wages law by his hands concerning the 6d to be made at the next and the same day is given etc |
