taken by the office by the oath of twelve jurors from suit of court who present that Agnes Gayston who held from the lady one cottage with curtilage sometime of Jn Thecchere died after the last court however they say as supposed that Jn Smyth her late husband returned into the hands of the lady the said cottage and curtilage by the hand of Jn Turnor late bailiff in the presence of Roger Mourdon and Jn Theccher the lady's tenants to the use of his next heir the name of whom at present is not known therefore it is presented to seize into the hands of the lady until etc saving the rights etc
