| fine 3s4d | to this court came Roger Brampston and surrendered to the lord fifteen acrewar of land with appurtenances sometime Jn Atte Hey's and one molond called Pyrylond sometime Rich Atte Hey's with appurtenances to the use of Wm Attewood Jn Lytman Thos Kelet and Jn Wright of Colford Hill yet on the condition here following that if the said Roger or his assigns pay or cause to be paid to the said Wm Jn Thos and Jn or their attorneys 10marks sterling viz at the feast of michaelmas.last 13s4d at the feast of easter next following after the date of this court 13s4d and at the feast of michaelmas then next following 13s4d and so from year to year until the 10marks sterling shall be fully satisfied then this surrender of no force and if the said Roger or his attorneys fail in the payment and conditions aforesaid at any term of the terms aforesaid in part or in whole then it shal be lawfull for the said Thos Jn Wm and Jn and their attorneys to keep and retain the said estate and seisin of the lord's licence on the said lands and tenement with appurtenances without the contradiction of the said Roger Brampston or his heirs or attorneys to whom the lord hath granted seisin thereof to hold to the said Jn Wm Thos and Jn on the condition and bargain aforesaid of the lord to the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs and they gave the lord for fine and made feal ty |
