and it is shown that Jn Illegh after the last languishing in extremis surrendered into the hands of Jn Turnor bailiff of the lord in the presence of Thos Kelet Jn Grene Robt Sebryght and other of the lord's tenants according to the custom of the manor all the third part of those parcels# with appurtenances at the Pake Gate called Pakes Gate to the use of Alice his wife for her lifetime and afterwards to Robt their son to whom the lord by his steward sometime granted to Alice seisin thereof to have to herself for her lifetime as aforesaid and to the said Robt in reversion his heirs and assigns at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs saving the rights etc and the same said Alice gave for a fine etc and made fealty |
