fine 40d and the aforesaid Thos Kelet Robt Sebryght Jn Turnor Jn Bray Robt Ate Park and Jn Lyteman surrendered into the hands of the lord the aforesaid messuage with garden sometime Rosshdene's with appurtenances to the use of Jn Tylere and Margt his wife Thos their son and Thos Aldred to whom the lord granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Jn Margt Thos and Thos their heirs and assigns at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs saving the rights etc and upon the condition that the same said Jn Teyler and Margt his wife Thos their son and Thos Aldred or their attorney should pay or cause to be paid to the same said Thos Robt Jn Jn Robt and Jn or any of them or their attorneys 14marks of good english money at the feasts below named viz at easter next 53s4d and at the feast of michaelmas then next following 33s4d and at the feast of easter then next following 33s4d and at the same said feasts agreed following 33s4d until the above named sum of 14marks should be paid and if it should happen that the same said Jn Margt Thos and Thos should default in part or in whole of any of the aforesaid sums of money and they should be in arrears after any of the feasts above named that then it should be allowed to the said Thos etc to reenter the aforesaid messuage and garden with appurtenances and to retain it as formerly and they gave to the lord for a fine and made fealty
