illegible text (gap in text) to this court came Wm Ate Wode and surrendered into the hands of the lord one messuage with garden sometime Rosshdene's to the use of Thos Kelet Robt Sebryght Jn Turnor Jn Bray Robt Ate Park and Jn Lyteman to whom the lord granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Thos Robt Jn Jn Robt and Jn Lyteman their heirs and assigns at the will of the lord by services and customs saving the rights etc upon the condition that the aforesaid Thos Robt Jn Jn Robt and Jn should pay or cause to be paid to the same said Wm or his certain attorneys at the feast of easter now next following 60s of good and legal english money and if it should happen that they should make default in part or in whole of the aforesaid payment then it should truly be allowed to the same said Wm Ate Wode to reenter the same said messuage with garden and appurtenances and to retain it in its former estate and upon this the same said Thos Robt Jn Jn Robt and Jn gave to the lord for a fine as shown and made fealty
